Holistic Massage is a therapy that treats you as a 'whole'. It comes from the greek work 'holos' and aims not to treat your symptom but rather establish the cause of your problem to begin with and rebalance the body and the mind. By taking into account internal and external factors such as lifestyle, environment, diet and general health, holistic massage aims to physically treat the body while providing aftercare advice that will aid the affects of the therapy.

During this treatment the therapist will give you a thorough full body massage assessing areas that will need further attention in the next session.
